Shipping:

We offer free UK tracked 48hr shipping on orders over £55 and free UK tracked 24hr on orders over £65

Tracked 48hr delivery is 2-3 working days from shipment £3.80 for Large Letter, £4.50 for Small Parcel & £6.50 for a Medium Parcel. 

Tracked 24hr delivery is 1-2 working days from shipment £4.80 for Large Letter, £5.50 for Small Parcel & £8.50 for a Medium Parcel.

Package size depends on the size and weight of the product or number of products ordered.

 

All UK returns are free, please see our returns policy

 

All orders should be dispatched within 2 working days. We try to dispatch on the same day as order if placed before midday.

Orders will receive an automated email when placed and an additional email on dispatch with tracking details.

Orders under £55 will be sent via Royal Mail, larger orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or a courier service.

Our packaging is eco-friendly and can be recycled. We sometimes re-use packaging sent to us.

If you are outside the UK and you wish place an order please email us and we'll see if if we can ship to you.

If you have any changes to you order or if you have additional details or requests please email ASAP as some orders may be fulfilled within an hour of the order.

Collection:

We can now offer a collection service from:

La Casa Café and Gifts,

8 The Courtyard, Bawtry,

South Yorkshire, DN10 6JG 

(our old shop)

 

If you select this option we will be happy to take your order to them for you to collect. It will be within 2-4 days but is it's usually the following day. We will send you an email when it's ready for collection. Pleas email us if your order is urgent and we'll see if we can help.

La Casa is very kindly helping us with this service, especially for our wonderful customers in Bawtry and the surrounding area whom we so miss now that we have closed our shop.
